Come and join us for an epic day out in one of Czech’s true hidden gems. Well-known Bohemia´s only via ferrata (iron trail) installation is located right in the heart of the city Děčín. Explore very important and famous center of rock-climbing in the Czech Switzerland – Tisa Rocks Labyrinth, where the Chronicles of Narnia movie has been filmed.

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Prague and will drive you for 1,5 hours to the Bohemian Switzerland National Park.

Upon arrival, you will be helped into your climbing gear and attend a short safety orientation before setting off. Guests will enjoy a unique climb with unforgettable views No climbing experience is necessary!

Beginners will learn how to move on this secured climbing route in very attractive surroundings. The experienced adventurer will enjoy up to 14 routes with 150 – 170 meters in length. Cliff height is 95m. The ascent takes about 2 hours, offering unforgettable views of the Elbe Canyon, the Děčín castle, and the town. All routes are one way. The walk back down takes 15 minutes on hiking trails. Our informative, friendly and experienced guide will help you along the way and spot you en route. Delicious lunch and drinks with great craft beers (including non-alcoholic), will be waiting for you at the local brewery. That´s a must!

The via ferrata operates all year round and the access is prohibited when the route is wet, during storms, or in conditions of reduced visibility.

We will take a short stop where we enjoy our lunch at a local brewery (provided) in beautiful and unique surroundings.

We will continue to Tisa Rocks Labyrinth, a unique site of Bohemian Switzerland, where the Chronicles of Narnia movie was filmed. It´s a very important and famous center for rock climbing in the Czech Switzerland. We will lead you through a maze of elaborate sandstone towers and caves and explain to you the history and natural features of the region.
